Today, Yuki Kajiura announced in her blog that she is composing for an NHK documentary titled Taikan! Great Nature, which is like a traveller’s journal. It will be 4 episodes long and will be broadcasted on NHK’s BS1 and BS Premium channels.

The 4 episodes will be air in April as follows (the titles are translated):

• April 3: Talking about the bottom of the sea
• April 9: Northern Canada (I think it’s talking about the Aurora Borealis)
• April 16: Ethiopia: Earth moving from 4000m to -100m above sea level
• April 23: Wonderful scenery that the rain constructed: Hawaii, Kauai island

As you may already know, there was a massive earthquake in Japan earlier today, with hundreds of deaths reported as of now. This is just a post relaying a twitter post from Yuki Kajiura reassuring us that she, the Kalafina and FJ girls are all fine (except Yuriko who hurt her finger).

“尚、ご心配下さっている皆様へ；Kalafina三人、FJ歌姫ズとはとりあえず連絡が取れていて無事だそうです。ご心配ありがとうございます。貝田さんも指をお怪我されたそうですが、とりあえずご無事のツイートなされています。”

The first episode of Yuki Kajiura’s Fiction radio show is now available streaming online!
It updates weekly and I’m not sure if older episodes will be removed so it’s a good idea to listen in now by clicking here :D.

The 20-minute radio airs on FM NACK5 every Friday until April 1, and available for streaming online every Monday. Fans are encouraged to send in mail to be read during the show.
