Kanji Romaji English
[Sortia ah..] [Sortia ah..] [Sortia ah..]
eternal blue
kono mune ga
kataru kotoba o shinjite
mienai sora no naka e
habataite ikeru
eternal blue
I believe in the words
my heart speaks,
so I can flap my wings and travel
within the invisible sky
eternal blue
[Konsta amito
ama e kasa

[Konsta amito
ama e kasa
diftia dito
mito ivia sartia]
[Konsta amito
ama e kasa
diftia dito
mito ivia sartia]
utsumuita kokoro
dakishimeta senaka
dokoka de kikoeru
sabishige na ongaku o
oikakete iku
kurayami no senaka de
yumemiteru sora wa aoku
My downcast heart,
my embraced back,
both are pursuing
your lonely music
that can be heard anywhere
In the midst of darkness,
the sky we’re dreaming of is so blue
kiete itta
ikutsumo no hikari ni wa
kanashimi to yasashisa no
kioku sae
mou mienai
te o nobasu
mada hakanai mirai wa
kagayaki sae shirazu ni
nemuri tsuzuketeru
mezame o matte
For the countless
lights that have vanished,
even memories of
sorrow and kindness
are already invisible
I reach out my hands,
but still, the ephemeral future
knows nothing even of radiance
so it continues to sleep,
waiting to awaken
furiharau kinou
nugisuteta chikara
“hontou” no imi o
kimeru ni wa hayasugite
nanimo mienai
koko kara mouichido
hajimari o uchinarashite
The yesterdays we shake off
are strength we flung away,
as we decided too quickly
the meaning of “reality”
We can see nothing now,
so ring out a beginning
from here once more
eternal blue
boku ga boku de
irareru basho o shinjite
tatakau hibi no naka ni
te o nobasu
dakara ima wa
nagusame to
yasashisa ni te o futte
atarashii hitomi de
mukaeutsu mirai
eternal blue
I believe in a place
where I can exist as myself,
reaching out my hands
within days of war
Therefore, at this moment,
wave your hand at
comfort and kindness
Here is a future we attack
with new eyes
eternal blue
[Konsta amito

chinmoku yori mo
shizuka na yoru ni
hajimete kokoro ni tomoshita
kimi no hitomi
In a night more quiet
than silence itself,
what lit up my heart for the first time
was your gaze
eternal blue
kimi no kotoba o shinjite
tayorinai sora no naka e
kimi to boku ga meguriau kako wa
tashika na mirai e
tsunagatte ita yo
eternal blue
I believe in your words,
so I can go within an unreliable sky
The past, where we met by chance,
was bound to
a definite future
eternal blue
horobi yuku
sekai no yume o shinjite
inori no you na sora e
te o nobasu
yagate asa ga hiraku
zetsubou no katasumi de
kagayaki sae shirazu ni
nemuri tsuzuketeru
boku ni aitai
I believe in the dreams
of a perishing world,
so I reach out my hands
to the sky like a prayer
Soon dawn will come,
and as I continue to sleep
within a nook of despair
that knows nothing even of radiance,
you wish to meet me

  1. Kaye says:

‘habataite ikeru’ sounds more like ‘habataite yukeru’ to me
same with ‘oikakete iku’ is ‘oikakete yuku’ for me
seeing as how in the last verse, ‘horobi yuku sekai’ is written with the same kanji ‘iku’ but it’s said as ‘yuku’ it should be the same case for the others

Other than that, a great song <3

  4. Adiey says:

🙁 i wish i could join to do the kajiurago transliteration…

  5. Kerahna says:

Adiey, thanks for your help with kajiurago! You’re very welcome to join the transliteration in the forum, in the lyrics subforum. Sometimes when you post your stuff here in the comments the editors won’t see it, so it’s better to put them in the forum instead 🙂

  6. Olga says:

    The Song of my heart!

  7. Ophelia Arcana says:

Keiko’s part at the bridge (“kimi no hitomi”) is very powerful. And also Kaori’s bridge part (“tayorinai sora no naka e”).

  8. b4u2bweird says:

    @Kaye

    it’s just the same.

“1) We use both readings, but we use いく in the spoken style while ゆく is more used in the written style. いく sounds colloquial and casual to me, and ゆく sounds a bit more bookish and maybe poetic.
    2) 行った, the past tense form of 行く, is read as いった, not ゆった. Likewise, 行って, the ren’you-kei form of 行く, is read as いって, not ゆって. ”
