In a new blog post Yuki reminds us all that the Oblivious single is out today! (And Zuiyon did a neat fanart for the occasion.) 🙂

Also, Yuki Kajiura is scheduled for some live shows this spring! 😀

The first performance is
Saturday, April 5, at Shibuya O-West – (Time TBA)

Then, two more concerts in collaboration with Sound Horizon, titled “Revo(Sound Horizon)＆梶浦由記 Presents『Dream Port 2008』”, or just “Dream Port 2008”:

Tuesday, April 29 at Kobe World Memorial Hall – 17:00
Tuesday, May 6 at Pacifico Convention Center in Yokohama – 17:00
Times are of course in Japan time, and doors open 1 hour before the concerts begin (16:00)

And it seems that FictionJunction something will be involved :3

The Kalafina website now contains two more samples of songs from Kara no Kyoukai, Like ‘oblivious’ was written for the first movie, ‘君が光に変えて行く’ will be for the theme for the second movie and ‘傷跡’ for the third (all three will be on the ‘oblivious single’). There is also a short TV ad with some scenes from Kara no Kyoukai and brief pans of the Kalafina singers. Internet Explorer is required to watch the video. Don’t hesitate to ask if anyone wants the songs ripped :3

As you all know from earlier, Yuki made an appearance at Eminence’s “A Night in Fantasia 2007: Anime Edition”. Someone has managed to post videos of the concert on Youtube!

Yuki is producing a new project called Kalafina for Kara no Kyoukai. the Theme song single titled ‘oblivious’ will be released on January 23, 2008. The normal version (SECL-586) will cost 1,223 JPY, while the special box (SECL-585) containing 3 posters and a “wide cap(?)” will cost 2,000 JPY. In other news, Synchronicity single is out!!
[EDIT] and I just found this site, which translates the original story of Kara no Kyoukai, for people who are too impatient to wait for the movies 🙂

The first episode of Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations has been released, which means we get to hear Synchronicity! If you’ve forgotten it’s Yuki Kajiura’s new song written for Yui Makino, the voice of Sakura in Tsubasa Chronicle. The single doesnt come out for a few days, but you can download the TV-size rip now and listen to the godly work of Yuki and Yui and I’m going to assume that’s Yuriko singing the chorus at the beginning 🙂 HINT: ITS VERY VERY GOOD.
