Synchronicity!!

The first episode of Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations has been released, which means we get to hear Synchronicity! If you’ve forgotten it’s Yuki Kajiura’s new song written for Yui Makino, the voice of Sakura in Tsubasa Chronicle. The single doesnt come out for a few days, but you can download the TV-size rip now and listen to the godly work of Yuki and Yui and I’m going to assume that’s Yuriko singing the chorus at the beginning 🙂 HINT: ITS VERY VERY GOOD.

Eri Itoh x Yuki Kajiura

Yuki made another blog post, where she talks about upcoming releases and how she spilled Calpis on her new keyboard. And news almost as exciting: tomorrow at 1pm Japan time, Eri Itoh will be performing a new song written by Yuki, 「LOVING YOU」, on Ogura Tomoaki’s Radio Circuit. The song is from Eri’s recent album “LONELY WITH YOU”, which is mostly not written by Yuki. More information on Eri’s new CD here.

Finally a new blog post by Yuki!! It’s been over two months. She is revamping her site, and has removed several links from her front page.

She is hoping to get a new script for the bbs, and have it restored soon 🙂 We expect the other links to be back soon as well.

In addition, she has updated her front page and blog with information about Kara no Kyoukai, confirming that she will be writing the music for all seven movies! Her blog has also listed the first three release dates as December 1 2007, December 29 2007, and January 26 2008 (all Saturdays).

The NHK e-store page for Sekai Satoyama Kikou DVD box is working now, but the price there seems to be much higher than Amazon‘s.

Eminence, a contemporary orchestra, is holding two shows of A Night In Fantasia 2007: Anime Edition on Sunday November 18, 2007 at Sir John Clancy Auditorium in Sydney, Australia. Lots of Yuki music will be played, and the goddess herself is going to be there. And so to spite them for doing this in the wrong hemisphere, i hotlink their sexy photo of Yuki >: )

Though the NHK e-Catalog page is still not working, Amazon now has the Sekai Satoyama Kikou DVD box listed here (Thanks to Zadok for pointing that out). You can get it for a preorder price of ￥8,858, instead of the MSRP of ￥ 11,970 (That’s 26% off). For release on 22 November. You can also buy each episode (approx. 49 minutes each) separately for ￥2,953.
