At Yesterday’s Aniplex Online Fest 2023 Event, a new PV for the Gekijōban Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magica: Walpurgis no Kaiten (Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie: Walpurgisnacht: Rising) movie was shown. The movie is going to be a sequel to “Rebellion” movie from years ago. The Credits and Cast will be same as in the previous movie which means that Yuki Kajiura returns for the soundtrack, however there is a mystery on who will do the theme song now that there’s no longer Kalafina.

The movie is slated for “Winter 2024” without specifying if it means Dec 2023-Feb 2024 or Dec 2024.
In other news, Yuki Kajiura will appear at “NHK WORLD-JAPAN MUSIC FESTIVAL” recorded at NHK Hall in Tokyo on Saturday, October 28, 2023 Public recording is also planned.
