Kalafina at AnimagiC 2012 Germany
January 31st, 2012
Kalafina will be visiting Bonn, Germany this summer, for the AnimagiC convention on July 27-29! Kalafina will be giving two concerts – one on the Friday, and one on Saturday. Also visiting is Atsuhiro Iwakami, the producer of Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Fate/Zero, and Kara no Kyoukai. So far there aren’t any details on whether Yuki Kajiura will be there, any autograph sessions, or whether the two concerts will have different set lists. We’ll keep you all updated on any news we get!
This will be Kalafina’s first visit to Europe, and is sure to attract lots of fans. Give us a shout here or in the forum if you plan on attending, and make sure to report your experience!

[update] It has been confirmed that they will be giving autographs and answering questions. Thanks philadelphin!
[update 2]For some reason the Kalafina page has been deleted from the AnimagiC site. This could mean either cancellation of the event, or that it was prematurely announced by accident. We will be contacting AnimaniA regarding this issue and will report back soon.
[update 3] The event has been re-announced on their main site again! In addition, the Kalafina Blog has now confirmed it too

OMG that’s awesome news! (But why Germany again T_T?) Oh well, if the audience is good and they like it they will probably go to more countries in the future.

I am happy that Kalafina finally comes in Europe even if I’d prefer they would come in France. Nevertheless, I think I’ll do the trip to see them. Hope I would be allowed to take some pictures.

At first I was very happy when I saw the news about Kalafina visiting Germany. But for some reason, they were removed from the homepage of the AnimagiC a couple of hours ago. This could either mean that they won’t come or that it was too early to announce them (of course I hope it’s the latter).

I think, just like Hime Wakana said, that they were announced too early. At least I hope so very much.
The ticket sale starts this friday (3. Feb)… And the pages that were already online yesterday still exist, but are currently not linked on the main site. Take a look at:

I’m so glad that they finally come to Europe. I live in Belgium and so Germany is not so far. I’m so… HAPPY YEAH!!
