The details of Kalafina’s concert in Japan Expo, at Paris of France, were announced at the official facebook of the Japan in Motion show,  a Japanese TV show designed for the french. The show can be watched on Nolife, a french television channel.

Date: Saturday, 5th of July 2014
Title of event: Great Event – Japan in Motion to thank all its fans.
Place: Japan Expo Scene (means not the JE Live House)
Time: 15:00~16:20

Also there’s going to be a “showcase“, probably a live performance, between a half an hour and a 45 minutes performance on Sunday.

Now some self-advertising 😉 To participate to our Yuki Kajiura Birthday 2014 project, which is a book again but of other nature, you need to:

• Choose a song you like, or 2.
• Choose the favourite lyrics of that song (you submit them too)
• Take a photo assosiated with the song’s lyrics, or you playing it with an instrument, or whatever, the pic can also be a drawing or a scene from the anime the song relates to

Today the sonymusic shop updated with an entry for a heavenly blue single, confirming the rumours. In addition to the song’s inclution in Kalafina’s “The Best” album Red Edition (Release: July 16, 2014) , a Limited anime edition single will be also released slightly later, aiming to Aldnoah Zero anime’s fans. The single will be released on August 6, 2014 and will come with an anime coverart. The song will be the Opening Theme of the TV anime.

Even though the tracklist isnt out yet, anime editions usually include: full song, tv-size ver, instrumental, and sometimes the b-side (we dont know if it will be the same as the “new song” in the Blue Edition of “The Best” album), and rarely a remix of the title song ala Magia magic mix.

The official site of the “Japan Expo” convention, held in Paris, France every year, has announced (ENG, FR) that Kalafina will be invited at this year’s Japan Expo!! The convention this year durates from 2 to 6 July 2014 at Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center, in Paris. More details to come in Future 🙂 This will be Kalafina’s first visit to France and the second in Europe, after AnimagiC in 2012 in Germany.

In other news, Kalafina has been invited to this year’s Music Energy 2014,  a concert organised every year by Spacecraft.

This year’s project is now open to all fans and visitors who want to join it, since we have low participation in the forum (aiming for about 50 people). Peppermint.TV (one of the sites that will stream SAO II worldwide) has uploaded a 14-secs german-subtitled japanese CM for Sword Art Online II. During it you can hear a rearrangement (flute – drums – e. guitar – strings) of “Swordland” track 🙂
