In today’s Kalafina Arena concert at Kobe World Memorial Hall, Kalafina announced that they will release a studio album with accoustic version of songs, like the ones they sang in the “Strings” and “Christmass” lives since 2012! The album is released to celebrate the 4th year of acoustic lives, and it will include Kalafina songs with strings arrangement, as well as some well-known christmass songs performed by Kalafina! The album will come out on November 16, 2016.

According to it, Kalafina will be responsible for the Ending Theme, called “Μärchen”. OP “Cobalt World” will be performed by Sangatsu no Phantasia (Kiznaiver). Akiyuki Shinbo will be supervising the work, who had directed the Madoka Magica series, and years earlier the Le Portait de la Petite Cossette OVA.

The Zaregoto OVA website has opened, and it features music by Yuki Kajiura!!! (click to listen to menu music). According to ANN the Zaregoto novel series is made by NisiOisin mainly famous for the Monogatari series (Nisemonogatari, Kizumonogatari etc). The OVA will be animated by SHAFT . First volume with first episode (8 episodes in total) will be released on October 26, 2016 and the volumes will be releasing each month until May 2017. These OVA episodes will be adapting the first book of the novel, out of 9 books in total.

The official Kalafina Vevo channel on YouTube some months now updated with most of the PVs of Kalafina since their debut. Today they added the new “Blaze” PV. Careful that it might not be available to watch in some countries (its ok in Europe). Click to watch 🙂

In other news, the “Spice” website, has updated with article and a video titled Kalafina×SPICE『Kalafina～Road to Arena LIVE』vol.1,  promoting the upcoming “Arena” lives of Kalafina. There you can see the girls rehearsing with guidelines from the choeographer, a song’s dance moves, and then them commenting on it. For reminder the Arena lives will be:
