Today Keiko  announced via Kalafina’s LINE blog  that her contract with Spacecraft has ended and that she’s also leaving Kalafina. Keiko says that she loved the years she passed as Kalafina and is thanking the people who supported her as Kalafina for 10 years. Kalafina will continue (for now) with Wakana and Hikaru. She doesnt menthion any future plans though.

Remember however, that on the Japanese Platform for Patent information,  (under “Retrieval keyword” enter “Kalafina” > “search”, >  “Search results: 1” and then click on “View List”,  click Appl.No.2017-170294  to get the details.)   there can be found an application for the “Kalafina” trademark ownership, applied by Keiko Kubota, on December 28, 2017.

This can mean that if Keiko gets the trademark, W and H will have to rebrand themselves. (and if she joins Y.Kajiura’s team again….. 🙂 )

Aniplex today uploaded a video on its youtube channel with tracklist and few samples for the Fate / Stay Night: Heaven’s Feel: I. presage flower Original Soundtrack composed by Yuki Kajiura, thats bundled with the BD/DVD.

On the anime project’s website you can find the covart on the BD/DVD, which is scheduled to come out on May 9, 2018

Yuki Kajiura has updated her website with the vocalists and musicians for the upcoming Yuki Kajiura Live vol#14 ～25th Anniversary Special～! Following the events of her leaving spacecraft and the events at Kalafina, the vocalists line-up has changed. Wakana and Keiko are missing currently and are replaced by Sound Horizon / Linked Horizon’s Joelle, who also had reportedly sang one of the songs of the chinese L.O.R.D movie Yuki Kajiura has made the soundtrack for 2 years ago (still unreleased). Today there was a Harmony fanclub announcement, that one of the Kalafina members has decided to quit the band. There is still no menthion on who it is, but they say it ll be announced soon.

Today Yuki Kajiura confirmed ( 1, 2 , 3, 4, 5) what was rumoured by some online articles for about 2 months now.. Yuki Kajiura is leaving Spacecraft produce, after more than 20 years working with them. She will stay independent, she will contunue to compose music in general. However FictionJunction Club (her fanclub) will close. She also announced Yuki Kajiura Live vol#14 which will have limited concerts due to not having spacecraft support.

As for the vocal groups, for Kalafina things will stay the same concerning the lives and the upcoming movie, but, according to this oricon news, spacecraft is now looking for a new producer for them, so that means that in the future maybe their songs will be written by other people and not Yuki Kajiura. For FJ there is no specific menthion however since new lives were announced chances are she will still work with them.
