The Lord El-Melloi II Case Files website has updated with OP and ED theme info for the anime that’s airing on July 6, 2019. The OP is titled “starting the case: Rail Zeppelin” composed and arranged by Yuki Kajiura and has no mention of lyrics so its probably an instrumental. The ED is titled 「雲雀」 (Hibari = Skylark) and is also written by Yuki Kajiura and sang by ASCA!!

Oh. Yes! More Yuki written songs is allways welcomed.
I wonder why the ending is purely ASCA and not FictionJunction feat. ASCA… ‘from the edge’ was FictionJunction feat. LiSA even though there was less presence from the chorus singers! Makes me wonder what YK’s got planned for ‘from the edge’ that ‘雲雀’ didn’t make the cut for…
Because that how they agreed to release it, there is no other explanation. Maybe its to promoted the new FictionJunction Music agency to the wider audience that listens to LiSA.
