amazon.jp has updated with entry for the Madoka Magica movies Blu-ray Limited Edition set, releasing on July 24, 2013. The release will include 2 BDs, containing the 2 Madoka movies (Hajimari no Monogatari, Eien no Monogatari) which recap the TV anime’s plot & special features. The Original Soundtrack will be included as bonus CD. Kajiura-san has reportedly composed brand new tracks for the movies (such as trasformation scene BGMs) and vocal versions of older Madoka musics (like Decretum’s)!

The BD set will come with a special booklet, and a digipack. The special features include the trailers, commercials, creditless OP, and audio commentary.

Yuki Kajiura has announced that she will hold 2 twitter events for the release of Kalafina’s 4th album “Consolation”. You can find all the info in this dedicated page

The event will take place on March 30, 2013, the first round will start on 22:00 and the second round on 23:00 Japan time. You can participate on any round suits you best, or on both if you can. 🙂 Note that there will be only Kajiura-san, Kalafina wont participate in the discussion

The rest of the page is practically the “rules” that were the same as the recent the previous event.

In other news, the Kara no Kyoukai official website has updated, and now hosts information on the rescreening of the 8 Kara no Kyoukai movies in 3D. The (new) 9th movie “Mirai Fukuin” is also planned to be screened on theaters sometime in 2013. You can preorder a case with tickets for a) Fukan Fukei movie in 3D + Ticket for the Mirai Fukuin movie. The tickets case will feature a “a special hologram case using “new key visual” on it.

In more other news, there have been spotted on amazon.co.jp and CDJapan a number of reprints of releases of See-Saw, FictionJunction YUUKA as well as a release of the Yuki Kajiura vol #4 “Everlasting Songs” in 1 BD released (remember that it was separately released in 2 DVDs 1 of FJY and 2nd of FJ). All of these will come out on May 8, 2013, 3 days before YK vo#10.

The website for the 「20th Anniversary Yuki Kajiura LIVE vol.#10 “Kaji Fest. 2013”」 has opened! Compared to the announcement of the live, now are also confirmed REMI and ASUKA as guest vocalists and Yoshiaki Sato (accordion) as guest musician! Furthermore Yuuka and Kaori also appear as solo artists in the page.

REMI (Sword Art Online OST I) had watched one of Yuki’s vol.#9 concerts but will be the first time she will appear as vocalist in her live concerts.

Yuki Kajiura has annnounced that she’s going to hold a twitter event on March 2, where she will discuss with the fans the new DVD/BD Yuki Kajiura LIVE vol.#9 “Shibuya Public Hall Special” that was released yesterday in Japan! This will be her first twitter event after 2 years of hiatus! In the event fans and Kajiura san will comment about the new release as they watch it synchronised.

Details:

1. You should use always hashtag #YKL9SK and send you messages to her @FJukatsu account (hashtags serve so that the messages go to the twitter event page and not her account wall)
2. Watch the copyright warnings, enter the menu, and at 22:00 o’clock (Japan time) press “play all”.
3. Once “toki no mukou maboroshi no sora” ends, there will be a 5 minutes intermission for people to change DVD discs because its 2 DVDs (those that have the Blu ray can just pause).
4. You shouldnt be writing to her @Fion0806 account during the event because she wont be able to see them, but only at @FJukatsu, however in case she reaches the messages limit she will change to @Fion0806.
5. There will be also discussion about the “Making off” video that’s only in the Blu-ray release. Kajiura-san apologises to those that will have the DVD release.
6. This event is organized by Kajiura herself and has nothing to do with record companies and no other members (vocalists/musicians) apart from Kajiura herself will participate.
