Sorry for the huge title but too many news popped up today XD

Today, the website of the TV anime adaption of the very popular trading card videogame “Katsugeki Touken Ranbu” has announced that Kalafina will sing the Ending Theme ! The anime is been made by ufotable, with director Toshiyuki Shirai, composer Hideyuki Fukasawa (same as UBW), and Makoto Shirai on the Opening Theme. This game is so popular that Kalafina became a top 10 hashtag on japanese twitter today! The anime will start airing on July, 2017.

In other news, the Fate/Zero website  has announced that will be released a standalone OST for the series. Which will combine the 2 previously released on BD/DVD bundles and also will have some live recordings (the previous OSTs also had 56 tracks in total so probably there wont be any unreleased)

“In addition to all 56 songs by Kajiura Yuki, there will be newly recorded LIVE ARRANGEMENTS of Original soundtrack songs”

Furthermore, the the official twitter for FSN series, announced the title and screen date for the first Fate/Stay Night – Heaven’s Feel movie

Today was announced at the official site of Princess Principal TV anime that Yuki Kajiura will compose its music!!!  The anime will start airing in Summer 2017 (still no set date). Masaki Tachibana is directing the series. Sound Director is Yoshikazu Iwanami. The animation is by 2 studios: Studio 3Hz and Actas.

Plot intro from ANN:

The “spy action” series follows five girls in 19th century London, a city within the Albion Kingdom divided into east and west by a large wall. The girls serve as undercover spies enrolled as students at the prestigious Queen’s Mayfair school. The girls make use of their individual abilities to remain active in the underground world of disguise, espionage, infiltration, and car chases.

The anime is made to promote a game of the same title (Princess Principle Game of the Missions) that will come out in July

Today Kalafina got their own new official fanclub called  Harmony
which will be separate and independent from FictionJunction Club (FJC) that Yuki Kajiura made in 2009 and included Kalafina as well. Admission and membership will work very similar to FJC
Members of FictionJunction Club can choose to enroll for both FJC and Harmony (in which case they’ll receive a special present) or they can switch over to Harmony (and their membership in FJC will run out).

We still dont know if from now on Kalafina will keep their activity on FJC as well.

Remember that from April 4, Kalafina will be in a new sub-label of SME, Sacra Music, so this is probably part of the new promotion policy.

The Kalafina LINE blog  has updated with the coverarts and tracklists for their 20th single 「into the world / Märchen」!

This time, there 3 different tracklists for the CD, one for the LEs and RE, one for Anime Ed and one for vinyl. The first has into the world instrumental while the second has Märchen instrumental, and the vinyl has everything. The LEs DVD has only into the world PV while the Anime Edition DVD has Märchen PV and 2 creditless Ending sequences from the OVA (one for ep 1, one for rest of episodes). This all means that to get all the tracks and all the videos you need to buy at least 2 of the single’s editions. Furthermore there’s suprisingly one b-side included! Haru wo Matsu (春を待つ), “= waiting for spring”.

Remember that starting from April 4, Kalafina will be in new sublabel of Sony, SacraMusic, we still dont know if there was any involvement in this single though.

Recochoku.jp has updated with samples for the Sword Art Online Ordinal Scale OST‘s ost tracks and character songs. Two of the character songs dont list Yuki Kajiura as composer (on itunes) but we will find soon if she has any other involvement. Remember that the character songs are sung by Yuna’s voice actress, Sayaka Kanda. (from the OST tracks “the place we should have reached”and “welcome to Oridinal Scale” have vocals!)
