In other news, a short concept movie, said to be linked to the sequel for the Madoka series, was shown at the Madogatari exhibition (SHAFT’s 40th Anniversary exhibit) and Yuki Kajiura scored new music for this concept movie, but it is still unknown if it will be screened elsewhere.

That’s certainly a 21st century way of finding manga XD. It looks interesting, and I don’t know anything else that’s airing in 2016, so I’ll probably watch it. I just hope the director doesn’t screw it up, considering it’s the same as SAO’s director…
And we finally hear at least something about Madoka! Hopefully this is a silver lining for the future of the series.

YES………! I am super pumped we’ll get another soundtrack!! Soundtracks are where Yuki shines. Also excited because this series doesn’t seem like an “Epic” like Fate/Zero or SOA. I like her epic works, but I’m ready for her to compose more music on a smaller scale, I think she really shines the most in works like these (such as Hanako to An or Madlax or Cazador, etc.)

I also hope the soundtrack is finally released separate from the BD this time…

^ I agree, but this work, as far as i have read in manga, has no fights in general, so its more like madoka in a way (as in psycological) and a bit of knk too (murder investigation) but more realistic.

Im really interested as to what music she will make. Im now halfway the manga, its really interesting.

wow I like the beginning music of bells which makes it exactly mystical….. ..and i am sure Yuki Sama music for this anime will be similar as KNK mirai fukuin ….because the story contained a time travelling concept of incident which maybe predict and can be change…like in KNK MF ..shiki used ..however both ability are quite different but ..the music will be somehow equal in some part …..
and pretty sure there will be vocal parts too make it more perfect… i hope no mess like SAO ..
