HMV has updated with a page for the Rekishi Hiwa Historia Original Soundtrack 3! According to it, it will be released on February 19, 2014 (same day as the Mirai Fukuin box) and its price will be ¥3,059 (tax included). So far, we know that REMI was asked to sing some new music for the show, back in June, while, we have spotted new bgm sang by Eri Itoh and Yuriko Kaida too. 😀

[EDIT 3/12/2013] Sony has confirmed the info with with a news text inside Kalafina’s site at Sony. According to it inside the OST will be also included storia TV size and Yume no Daichi.
