Just trying to translate the song…sloppily
ti mental sortia (ti mental sortia)
i menta saltia (i menta saltia)
ca me re sorta e (ca me re sorta e)
i mental sortia (i mental sortia)
addia, smartia (ti mental sortia)
to mila casti a (i menta saltia)
a ma tra sorta re (a ma tra sorta re)
libera sorta e (libera sorta e)
te sta mia sortita
causa ti a mi sa a sorte
ti mental sortia
i menta saltia
ca me re sorta e
i mental, sorta re
a ma tra i vera
sa ma tra di vera
ca me re sorta e
i mental, sorta re
addia, smarti a
to mila casti a
a ma tra sorta re
libera sorta e
smarti a i vili
canta
The meaning (sort of):
you mental kind (you mental sort)
the mind jumps (the mind jumps)
about me and kind king (King about me and sort)
the mental kind (the mental kind)
goodbye, smart (you mental sort)
to a thousand chaste (the mind jumps)
but a kind of king (a king, but sort of)
kind and free (and free kind)
you are my destiny
Because I know you a lot
you sort mental
the mind jumps
about me and kind king
the mental, kind king
but in between the real
know each other but true
about me and kind king
the mental, kind king
goodbye, Smart
to a thousand chaste
but a kind of king
kind and free
Smart cowards
sings
The most interesting thing is the third stanza of this song.
If we spell it as “te sta mia sortita, causa ti a mi sa a sorte”, it is translated as “you are my destiny, because I know you a lot”. If we spell it as “te sta mia sortita, causa, ti a mi sa a sorte”, it will be translated as “you are my destiny, because, you know me a lot”. If we spell it as “te sta mia sortita, causa, ti a, mi sa a sorte”, it will be translated as “you are my destiny, because, to you, I know a lot”. And lastly, if we spell it as “te sta mia sortita, causa ti a, mi sa a sorte”, it will be translated as “you are my destiny, due to you, I know a lot”.
I prefer to write it without comma(s), though.
Isn’t it awesome?? o.O

I tihnk if it had comma it would reflect in the way Yuriko sings it so one of of these versions could be possible. but like I said in the other page, kajiurago are supposed to have no meaning according to Yuki.
